SARAH E. MOTTA, LCSW (FOUNDER/CLINICIAN)

 Sarah (she/her) works with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, or significant life transitions. She understands that seeking support can feel like a big step and strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Using a solution-focused approach, Sarah helps clients recognize their strengths, build on what is already working, and develop practical tools to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. She collaborates closely with clients to identify meaningful goals, uncover existing resources, and create realistic steps toward lasting change. Sarah is passionate about helping individuals feel empowered, capable, and hopeful as they work toward the life they want to create.

LAUREN “LAUR” CERIELLO, LCSW

 Laur (she/her) works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and women's issues. Her compassionate, strengths-based approach helps clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives. Laur is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of Simmons University's Master of Social Work program. She has experience providing mental health counseling in inpatient psychiatry, emergency room, and group therapy settings.

YULIZA ROSAS CABRERA, LCSW

 Yuliza (she/her/ella) is a bilingual and bicultural (Spanish/English) therapist who works with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and life transitions. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other evidence-based approaches to support lasting growth and healing. Yuliza is a graduate of Fordham University's Graduate School of Social Service and has experience in outpatient behavioral health, psychiatric emergency services, adult mobile crisis intervention, and both individual and group therapy.

Yuliza es graduada de la Escuela de Trabajo Social de la Universidad de Fordham y cuenta con experiencia en salud  conductual ambulatoria, servicios de emergencia psiquiátrica,  intervención móvil en crisis para adultos, y terapia individual y  grupal. Se enorgullece de brindar servicios de consejería y terapia  tanto en inglés como en español para ayudar a individuos y familias a acceder a atención de salud mental de calidad.

Amanda is a Licensed Professional Counselor and graduate of The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Before becoming a counselor, she worked as a social worker  and gained experience in both intensive outpatient and inpatient  settings. Her clinical background includes individual, group, and family therapy, with a strong focus on supporting individuals navigating the intersection of physical health and mental health challenges.

 Kaci (she/her) serves as True North Counseling's Clinical Supervisor,  providing guidance, mentorship, and supervisory support to clinicians  working toward licensure through the Connecticut Department of Public  Health. Her diverse professional background and leadership experience help ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and client-centered mental health care across the practice.

Kaci is a graduate of the University of Saint Joseph and worked in the special education field for more than seven years before transitioning into social work. In addition to her supervisory role, she is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Saint Joseph, where she helps educate and mentor future social work professionals.
